All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) after you have received a confirmation email.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

Shipping time will depend on what is selected at checkout when placing an order. Shipping times selected will begin after your order has been shipped, not after placing an order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has left our studio and is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please double check email and shipping address before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
